      • Guest account plus: License Number, License Issue Date.
    • Get invited by a colleague:
      • Colleague enters E-Mail Address, User receives an Email with an “Accept Invitation” link, and then prompted with additional fields to fill in:
        • Name, Company, Phone, Password, Accept Terms + Conditions, Accept Marketing Opt-In.
      • Depending on the inviting user’s permissions, the new user may need approval from an account administrator.
    • Manually Created Accounts:
      • For new customers or on request, AMDT may create user accounts manually. No further user action required. Log-in (change your password) and get started.
  • License Information:
    • List of all accounts/licenses assigned to the user:
      • Product Name, Serial Number, Contract Number, Start/End Date, Status (Valid/Expired), License Details.
    • Download of License File.

3.2 Information We Generate

  • Support Jira Ticket: For support, we use the Jira ticketing system
    • List of Open and Closed Tickets from Jira API:
      • Ticket Detail View with Comment History and Attached Files:
        • Open Tickets: All open tickets, including their current status (e.g., “In Progress,” “Waiting for Response,” “Resolved”). Detailed information such as the title of the ticket, the underlying request or issue, and the estimated resolution time.
        • Closed Tickets: Resolved tickets with a summary of the solution applied, including comment history and any relevant attachments.
        • Comments and Communication: All comments made throughout the ticket process are displayed in the detail view, allowing users to see the full conversation and the status of their ticket.
        • Attachments: Any files uploaded or downloaded as part of the ticket process are visible and accessible.
        • Ticket Features and Status Indicators:
          • Ticket ID and Status, Assigned Users, Priority and Severity, Timeline and History.
        • Notifications and Updates: Users are notified about the progress of their ticket, including when comments are added or statuses change.
        • Escalation Process: If necessary, tickets can be escalated to a higher support level or supervisor for further action.
      • Jira Privacy Policy:

  • Notification Center:
    • Receives notifications on various topics, including:

    • Users are periodically informed (once a week) via email about unread messages in their notification center. These emails do not contain any additional information.
  • Chatbot:
    • Custom chatbot trained with the contents of the knowledge base.
    • Can answer customer questions regarding AMDT products.
    • Running in the AMDT Azure private cloud.
  • eAcademy:
    • Courses:
      • Courses consist of multiple modules, each with a video and an exam.
      • We store exam results for the issuance of certificates upon successful completion of the course.
      • These results include the score, completion date, and certificate status.

Recipients of personal data
