On the myAMDT start page you’ll find two relevant tiles:

Tip: Use company email addresses where possible and follow least-privilege: pick the lowest role that enables the work.
Use the in-page Permission Matrix to compare roles. It shows which actions each role can perform (view/download licenses, upload usage data, see/download releases, read KB, use chatbot/e-academy, view/create support tickets, invite/confirm/administrate users, etc.).

General guidance: Visitor: minimal visibility.Reader: view-oriented access across modules.Engineer: operational tasks (e.g., uploads, downloads, create tickets).Account Admin: full administration, including inviting and managing users.Always confirm the exact rights in the Permission Matrix.
