Before you start

  • You are logged in to myAMDT.
  • You have access to the license details (Serial Number and Issue Date & Time).
  • If you are unsure where to find those details, the form has a “How to find my license information?” button.
Info
Time in the license file is shown in 24-hour format. Depending on your locale, the time input in the form may use 12-hour (AM/PM). Double-check that you enter the correct hour (e.g., 13:30 → 1:30 PM).
Warning
When entering the Serial Number, do not insert a trailing space. Trailing spaces are not trimmed and will cause validation to fail.

Steps

1) Open My Products → My Licenses

  1. From the top navigation, click My Products.
  2. In the left area, select My Licenses.

2) Click Add New License

On the License Overview page, press Add New License.

3) Enter license details and add the account

  1. Serial Number – type the license number exactly as shown.
    • Important: Ensure there is no trailing space at the end.
  2. Serial Number Issue Date and Time – enter the date and time from your license file.
    • If needed, click “How to find my license information?” for guidance.
    • 24h vs 12h: If your browser shows a 12h (AM/PM) picker, convert from the license’s 24h format (e.g., 13:30 → 1:30 PM).
  3. Click Add Account. The license will appear in your License Overview.

Troubleshooting

License could not be validated

  • Re-enter the Serial Number and confirm there is no trailing space.
  • Verify Issue Date & Time and convert correctly between 24h (license file) and 12h (AM/PM) inputs if required.
  • Use the “How to find my license information?” help on the form.

Time field rejects the value

  • Enter the date in the expected local format and adjust the hour to match your locale’s picker (AM/PM vs 24h).
  • Try selecting the time via the picker icon if available.

FAQ

Can I add multiple licenses?
Yes. Repeat Add New License for each license you want to attach.

Where do I find the license details?
Click “How to find my license information?” on the form to see where the Serial Number and Issue Date & Time are located in your license file.
