Step 1: Open the AdminClient and navigate to “Licenses”

Find the two required fields “Serial number” and “Licenses created on” in the second tab “Information”.

You will need the following information:

  • License Serial number
  • License Issue date ("License created on")
  • License Issue time ("License created on")

Step 2: Aquire the necessary information

Find the two required fields “Serial number” and “Licenses created on” in the second tab “Information”.

  • License Serial number
  • License Issue date ("License created on")
  • License Issue time ("License created on")

Option B:
I have a license file

Step 1: Open the file in an editor of your choice

You will find the required information in lines 6 & 10 (issuedOn and serialNumber)
